Terms and Conditions

  • EQUITONE’s (part of Etex Group) competitions are open to residents of the British Isles, and the Channel Islands, except employees of Etex Group and their families.
  • Entrants to EQUITONE contests must be 18 years old or over.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Only one competition entry per person.
  • A competition entry is the online completion of a sample request for EQUITONE [tectiva] Graphite using the website the competition landing page only on https://www.equitone.com/en-gb/landing-pages/te85-competition/
  • The prize is to have a building of the winner’s choice drawn by Artist Paul Cadden.
  • The winner will need to agree the subject with the artist with good quality photographs of the building by 30 May 2021. If the artist cannot agree with the winner a suitable artwork for the image to be created with the competition prize will be withdrawn and no alternative will be offered.
  • The Artist will complete the commission by December 2021.
  • Copyright of the completed artwork will remain with Paul Cadden. However, the Artist will grant licence to the winner/winner’s company to reproduce the artwork in perpetuity. For example; postcards, reproduction for their website, merchandise.
  • The competition starts 12.01am Monday 18 January 2021 and ends 30 April 12.00pm 2021. A winner will be drawn at random within 7 days of the competition ending.
  • The winner will be chosen at random from entries after the closing dates.
  • The prize, a commission by Paul Cadden is non-transferable, without first the agreement of both The Artist and EQUITONE.
  • Winners must be a company or sole trader and specifier of façade materials. Members of the public such as homeowners will not be eligible to win the prize.
  • EQUITONE’ s decision is final
  • We will not share your personal details with third parties unless it is necessary for you to receive your prize. These details are to be used for prize-giving only and not marketing purposes.
  • EQUITONE will not enter into any correspondence.
  • The winner will be notified accordingly. If the chosen winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner will be chosen.
  • No cash alternative for any prizes will be offered.
  • The winner may be required to partake in media activity relating to the competition.
