Equitone Uni-Rivets System

The key features of a Ventilated Façade are an outer skin of Equitone panels, a cavity and an insulated backing wall that controls air leakage.

The Ventilated Façade is very efficient in controlling condensation and allows the installation of continuous thermal insulation that reduces the thermal bridges.

The system helps  keeping the building warm in winter time and dissipates the heat due to the airflow in the cavity in summer.

All of this results in a greater degree of comfort for the occupants and ensures a healthy building.

Equitone panels are secured to the supporting aluminium frame by colour matched rivets.

With the unique design the Equitone Uni-rivet fixing system provides 3-way movements to ensure minimum strain on the panel.

The system has been tested according to the last UK requirements, including fire tests based on the Document Approved B.
